1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bet6d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bet6d platform at https://bet6d.cam.
• "Platform" means the bet6d website, mobile-optimised site, and any application made available by bet6d for the purpose of online betting and gaming.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager via the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the Platform, including the associated balance, transaction history, and bonus wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited by bet6d, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under our compliance framework.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing online gambling services is restricted by applicable law, separate from Indonesia.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by bet6d for all operational and draw-time references.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or via a VPN, proxy, or other method designed to mask your true geographic location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet6d, nor an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of any such person.
• You must not already hold another Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To place wagers on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid and active email address that you control.
• A current Indonesian mobile phone number for OTP verification.
• Your preferred local bank or e-wallet details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You agree to keep all registered information up to date. If any registered detail changes — particularly your bank account number or contact email — you are obliged to notify bet6d support promptly. bet6d reserves the right to require re-verification of any updated information before processing transactions.

Each player may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts detected by our system will be merged or closed, and any bonus credits accrued across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. bet6d uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-matching to identify and prevent multi-accounting.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

bet6d operates under international licensing standards that require us to verify the identity and address of every player before processing withdrawals. The KYC process is a one-time requirement unless your information changes.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour scan or photograph of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued in your name within the last three months, showing your current Indonesian address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your bet6d Account.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie holding your identity document may be requested at our discretion.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within two business hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Complex or incomplete submissions may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification upon approval or rejection, with instructions on how to resubmit if documents are rejected.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Completion

An Account for which KYC has not been completed may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds. bet6d reserves the right to freeze or close accounts where KYC documents remain unverified for an extended period or where documents are found to be fraudulent. In such cases, remaining funds will be handled in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures and applicable international compliance obligations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bet6d supports the following local Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bet6d does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your Account tier and the daily limits set by your chosen payment provider.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. If a deposit does not credit within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and linked to your verified bet6d Account.
• KYC must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals submitted during banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays) are typically processed within five minutes. Off-hours withdrawals may take up to four hours.
• bet6d does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for fraud and AML compliance. bet6d reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours while a review is conducted. If a hold is applied, you will be notified by email.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bet6d may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards at its sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions by game type: sportsbook single bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; togel bets contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 15%; slots contribute 100%; Asian Handicap (bandar bola) bets at minimum odds of -1.5 contribute 100%. Any bet type not listed contributes 0%.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds expire automatically.
• The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is Rp 200.000 per single wager or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bet6d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies using bonus funds, arbitrage wagering, systematic exploitation of free-spin mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. If such activity is detected, bet6d reserves the right to forfeit all bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and permanently ban the player from future promotions.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

A wager is only considered accepted when bet6d's system issues a confirmed bet receipt bearing a unique transaction reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmed receipt — due to network error, insufficient balance, or system timeout — are not valid. bet6d is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.2 Odds and Market Suspensions

Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative until the moment a bet is placed. bet6d reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in the event of: manifest errors in odds publication; live data feed failures; match abandonment or postponement; or regulatory instruction. In all void scenarios, stakes are returned to the player's Real Money Balance in full.

7.3 Togel Market Rules

Togel results are determined by the official draw results of the relevant lottery pool (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, or Macau). bet6d publishes draw results within 15 minutes of official announcement. Disputes over draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of result publication; results confirmed by the official pool operator are final and cannot be overturned by bet6d.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live market odds change rapidly and may be suspended during critical game moments. bet6d's in-play engine may decline to accept bets during periods of market suspension; this is a normal system behaviour and does not constitute a breach of these terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

bet6d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player-protection tools, all accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts when your gaming session exceeds a duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places wagers or interacts with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error will be void.
• Operating or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games, including live poker or other table games.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technical means to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Registering more than one Account or using the identity of another individual to register or verify an Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel provided by bet6d.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, page layouts, written content, and trade names (including "bet6d") — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet6d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bet6d. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright and other applicable laws.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by bet6d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bet6d collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and deliver customer support. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet6d's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your Account during the calendar month in which the relevant claim arose.

bet6d is not liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any tax liability you incur in relation to winnings — you are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Account Termination & Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bet6d support. Upon closure request, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days, provided KYC is complete.

13.2 Closure or Suspension by bet6d

bet6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you or your payment provider.
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement.
• Extended period of Account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login and no balance).

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach, bet6d reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach. If funds are ultimately determined to be legitimate, they will be returned via a bank transfer to a verified account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet6d holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bet6d, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to our compliance team at the contact email provided in Section 16. bet6d will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

By accepting these terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against bet6d.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bet6d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. The version number and effective date at the top of this page identify the current binding version.
